What a lovely vintage vanity! I was thrilled to receive this piece from one of our returning clients. It had great bones and needed to be brought back to life. It also had to match furniture we had painted for her before. Farmhouse Paint to the rescue!
I used Evolution farmhousepaint in Organic White. Love this color. Not too bright and not too much of an ivory. It is the perfect choice, in my humble opinion, for vintage furniture when going lighter.
The hardware was removed and vigorously polished with a brass cleaner. The old knobs looked beautiful.
Also part of our order was the beautiful antique piano stool. Gorgeous! It was quite a transformation. What I really need to improve is remembering to take the BEFORE photo!
